Silicone Sponge

Silicone Sponge has excellent thermal properties and tensile strength. With its combination of a fine cellular structure encased within a smooth closed cell outer skin.

The cell structure provides fire resistance even against a naked flame. Additionally, silicone produces a greatly reduced amount of smoke and carry a low toxicity rating. Ramsay supply a wide range of plain or adhesive backed Silicone Sponge Die Cut Gaskets, Foam Tapes and Fabrication & Assembly. A majority of our Silicone Sponge products are supplied to Energy & Renewable and Mass Transit industries. This is due to Silicone Sponges material properties and the flexibility of solutions it provides, in relation to sealing and temperature range for a number of high performance applications.
