Synthetic felt tape is a lightweight and provide excellent NVH, Acoustic and thermal solutions, this is due to density, material structure and high-performance properties. Ramsay Rubber are a leading UK manufacturer of synthetic felt tape, supplying sealing solutions worldwide.
With full conversion capabilities, from material slitting, adhesive laminating, fabrication and assembly. We can offer a variety of customer specific synthetic felt tape, in a wide range of widths, lengths, thicknesses and densities. All our synthetic felt tapes are manufactured at our site in Bilston, based in the West Midlands.
Synthetic Felt Tape Capabilities
Due to our material slitting capabilities, we can offer our customers a range of synthetic felt tape thicknesses. We also stock a wide range of acrylic and synthetic rubber tapes, which enables us to manufacture self-adhesive synthetic felt tape products, custom-made for bespoke applications. Manufacturing single or double-sided adhesive strip, with finger lift or a tabbed liner if required, to ensure ease of assembly.

Synthetic felt tape is widely available from 5mm width and 1mm upwards regarding thickness. Tape length can be tailored to suit your requirements, but standard synthetic felt tapes are normally supplied in 10 metre lengths.
