With full conversion capabilities, from material slitting, adhesive laminating, fabrication and assembly. We can offer a variety of customer specific foam fabrication products, in a wide range of shapes, widths, lengths, thicknesses and densities. All our foam fabricated products are manufactured at our site in Bilston, based in the West Midlands.
Foam Fabrication Capabilities
Due to our material slitting capabilities, we can offer our customers a range of foam fabrication thicknesses. We stock a variety of acrylic and synthetic rubber tapes to compliment rubber fabricated products ensuring ease of assembly. We also have the manufacturing capability to produce custom 3D shapes for a range of industry applications.

We stock a wide range of foam materials for foam fabrication. These include niito foam, ECOcell foam, foil faced foam, polyamide foam, polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam, Pyrosorb, PVC foam and superseal foam.

Ramsay Rubber are IATF16949, ISO19001 and ISO14001 accredited. All our materials are registered in accordance with IMDS and are ROSHH/REACH compliant. Ensuring that we meet the needs for foam fabricated products across automotive and Industrial markets, for several key sealing applications.
Foam Fabrication Samples
Ramsay Rubber have the capability to manufacture custom made foam fabrication samples to support project development. If there are several materials under consideration, we would be happy to provide you with a sample pack, which have a range of open cell, semi closed cell and closed cell materials.
