Polyamide foam rolls are a high-performance closed cell, cross-linked nylon foam based on polyamide. It is lightweight, tough, strong and durable foam that can perform at the most stringent of temperatures. Ramsay Rubber are a leading UK manufacturer of polyamide foam rolls, supplying sealing solutions worldwide.
With full conversion capabilities, from material slitting, adhesive laminating, fabrication and assembly. We can offer a variety of customer specific polyamide foam rolls, in a wide range of widths, thicknesses, lengths and densities. All our polyamide foam rolls are manufactured at our site in Bilston, based in the West Midlands.
Polyamide Foam Roll Capabilities
Due to our material slitting capabilities, we can offer our customers a range of polyamide foam roll thicknesses. We also stock a wide range of acrylic and synthetic rubber tapes, which enables us to manufacture self-adhesive polyamide foam rolls products, custom-made for bespoke applications. Manufacturing single or double-sided adhesive roll.

Polyamide foam roll is widely available from 100mm width and 3mm upwards regarding thickness. Roll length can be tailored to suit your requirements, but standard polyamide foam rolls are normally supplied in 10 metre lengths.
Thicknesses Manufactured:
3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm up to 95mm thickness.
Widths manufactured:
100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm and 1 Metre
Lengths manufactured:
5 Meters, 10 Meters, 15 Meters and 20 Meters

Polyamide foam rolls are extremely lightweight, tough, strong and durable and can perform at the most stringent of temperatures.
